Liz Harvey, M.S. is the founder of Behavioral Health Outcomes Data Services (BHODS). Liz brings over a decade of experience in data analysis, research and evaluation that spans the fields of psychology, education, child welfare, and child/adolescent development. She is passionate about using data to advocate for and support communities and providers of community-based services throughout California. She has helped numerous community-based providers increase their capacity to collect, monitor, and report out on outcomes used to transform insight into action.
